Check before fitting

PetSafe lists wood, PVC/uPVC and metal doors. Use the supplied cutting template and installation instructions. One tunnel is included for medium and large models; additional tunnels cannot be joined. Ask an installer before planning a wall installation, and do not assume glass compatibility.

Parts and safe use

Order the large 700 Series replacement flap for this model. It is sold separately and differs from the flexible 600 Series flap.
